Java, you're preaching to the choir. We gave everyone hell, to be sure. But people beware, you may need bring your own chocolate with you if you're planning any hospital stays.

Chocolate is one of the BEST things ever, and as far as I'm concerned, it's totally healthy. And should be consumed every day.

I'm happy y'all found vanilla AND strawberry ice cream, as well as that breakfast shake.

I hope y'all are having a great time together now that you're away from the hospital!

It's in the contract: you give me surgery, you give me chocolate. No negotiations.

Best to R.

Fooey. Chocolate is ALWAYS good, in almost any form.

...Hoping Robert is well, and that you can both enjoy the remainder of your visit home.

I’ve recently learned that 70 or 80% cocoa written on the package does not mean the chocolate is good for you. Once chocolate is heated above 125 degrees, especially if they alkalize the chocolate, it begins to loose key flavonoids like epicatechins and catechins, if not all it’s health benefits as well.
